Availability Report: Toronto FC vs Nashville SC

Nashville SC captain Walker Zimmerman upgraded to questionable for the first time since suffering concussion

After Wednesday's 3-2 US Open Cup win over Orlando City, Nashville SC head north to take on Toronto FC.

Notably, Walker Zimmerman has been upgraded to questionable ahead of the match. Nashville's captain has missed the last nine matches in all competitions after suffering a concussion on April 5 against Charlotte FC. Zimmerman has been in the league's concussion protocol, in a day-to-day process of being cleared to resume soccer activities.

It's not clear if Zimmerman will be immediately available to play – a month-and-a-half without games in the middle of the season takes a toll on match fitness – but it's a positive step towards his return to the pitch.
