On Wednesday, Brian Schwake recorded his 14th clean sheet of the 2026 season. The mark sets Nashville SC's single-season record, surpassing Joe Willis's 13 clean sheets from 2021.
The match, a 1-0 win over Red Bull New York, was Schwake's 29th appearance of the season. He's allowed just 19 goals so far in his first full season as a starter, taking over from Willis after playing every match of Nashville's run to the 2025 US Open Cup title.
Schwake made one save in the match, an unbelievable point-blank save to deny Emil Forsberg what looked like a certain goal.
Kick save from Schwake to keep this one level! 🤯

After being named to the MLS All-Star team in his first season as a starter, Schwake has continued his stellar form, with Nashville on pace to finish the season as one of the best defensive teams of all time in MLS. If Schwake keeps up this form, he'll certainly be the frontrunner to win MLS's Goalkeeper of the Year.
