US Men's National Team head coach Mauricio Pochettino has named a 27-player roster for a June training camp and two friendlies, the final tune-up before this summer's Concacaf Gold Cup tournament. The Gold Cup is the final slate of competitive matches before the United States hosts the 2026 FIFA World Cup, along with Mexico and Canada.
The USMNT will take on Türkiye on June 7 in East Hartford, Connecticut, before heading to Nashville, Tennessee, for their final preparation match, taking on Switzerland at Geodis Park.
Several notable stars are absent. AC Milan duo Christian Pulisic and Yunus Musah are not on the roster, given a chance to rest after a lengthy club season. Additionally, Gio Reyna (Borussia Dortmund), Weston McKennie and Tim Weah (both Juventus) won't play, as their clubs are participating in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. Fulham left back Antonee Robinson also wasn't named. Those six players have been crucial pieces of the national team for the last half decade.

PSV Eindhoven right back Sergiño Dest makes his return to the national team after missing more than a year with a torn ACL.
Several young players will get their first looks with the senior team. Vancouver Whitecaps midfielder Sebastian Berhalter (son of former USMNT head coach Gregg Berhalter) gets rightly rewarded for a stellar start to the 2025 season, playing a crucial role for the 'Caps in their run to the Concacaf Champions Cup final. Likewise, Orlando City fullback Alex Freeman makes the cut after a breakout campaign with the Lions.
Nashville SC's Walker Zimmerman was not included. The 32-year-old center back was on the initial shortlist, but hasn't played since April 5 after suffering a concussion against Charlotte FC. The 2022 World Cup veteran was always a long shot to make the roster, but had been playing at an extremely high level before the injury.
