NASHVILLE, TN - Nashville SC have acquired an international roster slot from DC United, sending $100,000 in 2025 General Allocation Money the other way.

The move opens an international slot for Nashville, who had been using all five of their available slots. Nashville have an open spot to utilize on the final day of the MLS Secondary Transfer Window, which closes on Thursday, August 21.

Nashville could opt to bring in a player from outside of the club. There are options internally as well. Attacker Woobens Pacius is currently on loan with Tampa Bay Rowdies and has scored 10 goals in all competitions, and as a Canadian would require an international roster spot to play for the first team. Similarly, left back Jordan Knight has starred for Huntsville City, Nashville's MLS NEXT Pro club, as well as impressing in a friendly against Aston Villa. Knight would help with left-back depth, with Dan Lovitz, Taylor Washington and Wyatt Meyer currently injured and Tate Schmitt lacking match fitness.
