Nashville SC weren't able to officially clinch the Supporters' Shield, but they did nail down first place in the Eastern Conference with a 1–1 draw against San Jose Earthquakes, an impressive point on one of the longest road trips of the year.

Let's see how everyone played.
• Players begin with a base grade of 6 and can increase or decrease their rating based on performance.
• Players must play a minimum of 15 minutes to earn a rating.
Brian Schwake - 6.5
San Jose only managed to put two shots on target. One of them was a very simple save for 'keeper Brian Schwake, and the other was a 70th-minute equalizer that he could do nothing to prevent. Overall a plus with his distribution and command of the penalty area.

Andy Nájar - 7.5
As usual, Andy Nájar was a key hub in possession for Nashville and advanced the ball down the right flank. He flashed a teasing effort just over the bar and had a couple good sequences around the box, and was able to deal with San Jose's press better than most.

Jeisson Palacios - 8.0
It was another Defender of the Year-caliber showing from Jeisson Palacios, who never seems particularly bothered by anything. He's an s-tier defender in the open field, an elite distributor, and ridiculously calm.
