Huntsville City FC have acquired midfielder Ethan O'Brien on loan from USL Championship side Indy Eleven, the club announced on Friday.
O'Brien, 23, signed with Indy after playing three seasons collegiately with Notre Dame University. Born in Dublin, Ireland, O'Brien grew up in Washington and came through the Seattle Sounders academy, later moving to Columbus Crew's academy set up.
With plenty of experience at the collegiate level and an intriguing pedigree, O'Brien should be an instant contributor for Huntsville.
