NASHVILLE, TN – Nashville SC announced on Friday that homegrown midfielder Isaiah Jones will be loaned to Chattanooga FC for the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro season. Nashville retain the right to recall Jones at any time.
Jones, 19, signed a homegrown contract with Nashville in 2024, the second player to come through their academy system. He made his MLS debut later that season under interim head coach Rumba Munthali, the first homegrown player to appear in a competitive match for Nashville. His only two appearances for Nashville came in that season, and didn't play in a competitive match for the club in 2025.

The bulk of Jones' minutes have come with Huntsville City FC in MLS NEXT Pro. He's played 2,307 minutes in 43 matches (22 starts), mostly in central midfield but also playing on the right side of both midfield and defense. After playing over 1,500 minutes in 2024, his minutes dropped off significantly in 2025, making just two starts and logging under 300 minutes.
Jones will turn 20 in April, and getting consistent minutes at the professional level is absolutely crucial for his development as a player.
