NASHVILLE, TN – Nashville SC striker Sam Surridge has been named MLS Player of the Month for February and March 2026. Surridge is the second Nashville player to win the award, after Hany Mukhtar (September 2022, May 2023).

In four MLS matches (three starts), Surridge has scored seven goals. He bagged a brace in wins over New England Revolution and Minnesota United, and scored a hat-trick this past weekend against Orlando City.

Surridge's seven goals are tied for the second-most ever in the opening five matches of a season, behind only Landon Donovan's eight goals in the first five matches of 2008. With his hat-trick, his fourth since joining Nashville, he has the third-most hat-tricks in a player's first 75 MLS matches, behind only Josef Martínez (six) and Stern John (five), and is tied for sixth on MLS's all-time hat-tricks list.
