Nashville SC are set to strengthen their defense, adding Honduran international Brayan Beckeles, sources have confirmed to Speedway Soccer. Nashville SC declined to comment per club policy.

Beckeles, 34, is capable of playing as a right back or a center back. Capped 66 times by the Honduran national team, Beckeles has spent time in the Honduran Liga Nacional and the Portuguese Primera Liga, as where as Liga MX, where he played over 100 matches for Nexaca in four seasons.

Beckeles is currently playing for Olimia in the Liga Nacional de Honduras, whom he joined in July 2019. Olimpia have two matches remaining in their 2019 schedule, and Beckeles will finish the season there before moving to Nashville SC in the January transfer window.

We will update our report once the transfer is officially confirmed by the club.
