The tournament group stage matches counted towards the regular season, which The Athletic reported will resume on August 22. Nashville and Dallas will play each other three times to make up for those missed matches. Details on when and where the other two games will take place have not yet been confirmed.
It should be noted that the due to the current coronavirus landscape, scheduling plans are extremely volatile. The USL Championship has already had several postponements due to Covid, and schedule changes should be expected as MLS navigates their return to play.
