Each new year brings a sense of optimism and possibility, and it's no different for sports teams. The start of the new year is a clean slate, with each club heading into the year on relatively equal footing.
For Nashville SC, here are five resolutions to build on a thoroughly successful 2025 campaign.
Avoid another mid-season slump
Nashville were excellent for the majority of 2025. They won their first trophy, scored the most goals in club history, and played an equally attractive and effective style under head coach BJ Callaghan.
But they still fell off significantly in the second half of the season, a dip that pushed them down the table and set up their lopsided exit in Round One of the playoffs.
