NASHVILLE, TN – Nashville SC midfielder Patrick Yazbek has received his United States green card, the club confirmed on Wednesday, moving him off of an international roster spot and classifying him as a domestic player.
Yazbek, 24, joined Nashville SC as a U22 Initiative player in the summer of 2024, and has logged two goals and nine assists in 73 appearances. In 2026, he's been among the best midfielders in MLS, playing a key role in Nashville's run to the Concacaf Champions Cup semifinals.

Before Yazbek received his green card, Nashville had eight international roster slots, while nine players on their roster counted as international players. Forward Warren Madrigal is currently off of the active roster, added to the injury list after Leagues Cup, which requires him to miss a minimum of six MLS matches.
Yazbek's green card means that Madrigal can rejoin the active roster, while also having space for new signing Famara Camara and the club's other international players.
