MLS announces 2025 broadcast talent for MLS Season Pass on Apple TV

On Wednesday, Major League Soccer announced their full talent roster for MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.

Dax McCarty, the first captain in Nashville SC history, will join MLS 360 and MLS Countdown as a studio analyst, joining former New York Red Bulls teammates Sacha Kljestan and Bradley Wright Phillips, as well as host/analyst Kaylyn Kyle and MLS 360 host Kevin Egan. McCarty retired from his 19-year playing career at the end of the 2024 season.

Returning to MLS Season Pass is Jamie Watson. The former Minnesota United and Orlando City midfielder was Nashville SC's first color commentator in MLS. After calling matches for Apple during their first season in 2023, Watson spent the 2024 season primarily with FOX, and returns to Apple TV for the league's 30th season.

Former Nashville SC play-by-play host Tony Husband returns in his role, alongside his primary playcalling partner Ross Smith.

Joining MLS 360 en Español and La Previa in the same role as McCarty is former Seattle Sounders and Atlanta United midfielder Ozzie Alonso. Ramses Sandoval has also joined MLS 360 en Español as the studio host, while Ashley Gonzalez joins as the first female match analyst for Apple's Spanish language coverage.

Former TUDN broadcaster Michele Giannone joins MLS Season Pass as an insider and studio analyst for both English and Spanish coverage.

Sunday Night Soccer

For the first time, 2025 will feature Sunday Night Soccer on MLS Season Pass, a featured game of the week on Sunday evenings. All matches will stream for free on MLS Season Pass and will feature pre- and post-game programing.

Jake Zivin and Taylor Twellman will call the matches in English, with former Extratime host Andrew Wiebe as a sideline reporter and analyst. In Spanish, Sammy Sadovnik and Diego Valeri will call matches.
