Huntsville City FC have acquired midfielder Landry Walker, the club announced on Wednesday. Nashville SC have acquired Walker's homegrown rights from Austin FC for an undisclosed amount, allowing him to join Huntsville.
Walker has signed a hybrid deal with Huntsville for the remainder of the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro season, as well as the 2027-28 season.
Walker, 17, has played for San Antonio FC for the last three seasons as an academy player, making a total of 12 appearances for them (10 in the USL Championship regular season). He made his San Antonio debut at just 15 years old, the fifth-youngest player to appear in USL Championship history.
Additionally, Walker has played for the United States at the U15 and U17 levels. He played in all three matches for the US at the Concacaf U17 Championships, in which they qualified for the FIFA U17 World Cup in Qatar, set to be held in November.
